Kim Glassman (M.S.Ed., Human Development, University of Pennsylvania, and M.Ed., Organizational Development, Temple University) has nearly 20 years of experience in research and evaluation of education, non-profit programs, and philanthropic initiatives. Working with Branch Associates, Ms. Glassman oversees an in-depth qualitative study of participants at several transitional employment programs across the country, and contributes to research on workforce-development collaboratives in the Philadelphia region. As an independent consultant, Ms. Glassman conducts strategic planning and assesses programs in community and public health, arts and culture, and international education. She provides evaluation and planning for numerous membership associations.
Previously, Ms. Glassman managed large-scale evaluation and planning activities at the William Penn Foundation in Philadelphia with a broad range of organizations. In all of her work, she draws on her skills in data collection and analysis, qualitative methods, and practical, utilization-focused evaluation.
